Hello we are The Pie Hole.

 

After working for several years in the events industry I became tired of waking up at ridiculous hours and travelling all over the country to set up various events and overseeing them being packed away at the end of the occasion. Whilst at the events I'd always seen and had to eat from many mobile food vans serving up rather unappetising burgers and chips. As a keen cook myself I decided to quit  my job and start The Pie Hole serving handmade, free range pies from a British built Airstream style trailer. 

 

I soon discovered that what I had previously thought were early and long hours at my previous job were just the tip of the iceberg. 

 

The idea for The Pie Hole came from our love of pies, good food and good people. We wanted to take our great tasting pies to the people of Britain.

We set out to try and make a great tasting range of pies using only free range meat and free range eggs in our pastry as we believe that if the animal is happy that the food it produces will taste much better and we love animals too, even if we do eat them for their delicious meat, we think that they should at the very least have a happy life.

 

We select all of our ingredients for their great taste and provenance and of course for your health and well being too. Our Food contains no preservatives or added extra nasty chemicals. All of our ingredients are natural, all of our meat is free range and where possible we try to source everything from Great Britain.
